Everyone who SEEKS the LORD will find HIM!

The LORD looks down from Heaven on all mankind to see if there are any who understand, any who seek GOD.—Psalm 14:2 

From one man HE made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and HE marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands. GOD did this so that they would seek HIM and perhaps reach out for HIM and find HIM, though HE is not far from any one of us.—Acts 17:26-27

And without faith it is impossible to please GOD, because anyone who comes to HIM must believe that HE exists and that HE rewards those who ‘earnestly SEEK HIM.’—Hebrews 11:6 

You will seek me and find me “WHEN YOU SEEK ME WITH ALL YOUR HEART.”—Jeremiah 29:13 

Those who SEEK THE LORD lack no good thing.—Psalm 34:10 

The LORD is good to those whose hope is in HIM, to the one who SEEKS HIM.—Lamentations 3:25 

Look to the LORD and HIS strength; SEEK HIS FACE ALWAYS.—Psalm 105:4 

You, GOD, are my GOD, earnestly I SEEK you; I thirst for you, my whole being longs for you, in a dry and parched land where there is no water.—Psalm 63:1

But if I were you, I would appeal to GOD; I would lay my cause before HIM. HE performs wonders that cannot be fathomed, miracles that cannot be counted.—Job 5:8-9 

SEEK THE LORD while HE may be found; call on HIM while HE is near.—Isaiah 55:6

So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; SEEK AND YOU WILL FIND; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; “THE ONE WHO SEEKS FINDS,” the door will be opened.—Luke 11:9-10

These beautiful bible verses have become so much apart of my everyday life. It amazes me, especially considering how I know where I came from, before my walk began in CHRIST.  I have this conversation with the LORD in my prayer time pretty regularly, I ask GOD for HIM to only give me just enough of what I ask, because I never want to reach a plateau with GOD. I also never want to think that anything that I have or do is from my own strength. My strength comes from the LORD, the maker of Heaven and earth. When I have the time to just sit and be still, I try to reflect as much as I can on all that GOD has done for me, and for those that I love too! GOD pursues who HE chooses. I am absolutely living proof of just that!

The LORD is not slow in keeping HIS promise, as some understand slowness. Instead HE is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.—2 Peter 3:9

I can remember how my life was before CHRIST. This was also during a time that I wasn’t hearing at all from GOD. Even during this time though, I still managed to seek GOD. I suppose that the best way for me to describe my life, was a person who had one foot in the world and the other in the word. It also amazes me of how my life was preserved during this time span away from GOD. When someone loves you, because they want to, this is truly meaningful, and that is exactly how GOD loves us too. GOD loved us long before we ever loved HIM. GOD will pursue us, but HE doesn’t force Himself on us. GOD gives us free will. HE gives us the choice to seek HIM.

But if from there you SEEK THE LORD your GOD, you will find HIM if you SEEK HIM with all your heart and with all your soul.—Deuteronomy 4:29

When I think about all the stupid things that I’ve ever done, and all the risks that were taken, I become really emotional, and am just completely taken back at how GOD kept me. GOD kept me from death three times (that I know for sure of), but I am positive that HE has done so other times too, that I am just not aware of. This is what keeps me coming back to GOD! I keep coming back for HIS great love! It’s nothing like it.  Nothing compares to the love of GOD!

Everyone who SEEKS the LORD will find HIM! If everyone will just simply make a real effort to really SEEK GOD, and with their whole heart, HE will really reveal HIMSELF to them! If we have a willingness to seek GOD, and persistently do so and consistently too, we will find GOD! I am so thankful that GOD doesn’t give up on us like we have many times on HIM.

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.—2 Chronicles 7:14
